Heyyyyyyy,

So, here are the clothes & other things I accumulated whilst in London. As soon as we arrived & had dropped luggage off at the hotel, we headed straight to Oxford Street - ahhh shopper's paradise. Forever 21 always have amazing clothes in, and it was a bit of a floral overload in there but I managed to find the dress and skirt (which I think looks like it could be from Urban Outfitters) which will be perfect for spring/summer. I also picked up this bright tropical jumper from Monki which was on my Monki wishlist which I adore, along with the monochome top with contrasting stripes which I thought was a cool alternative to your average Breton striped top.
We braved the huuuge Primark but it was insanely busy & very hot inside so I just grabbed the polka dot shirt as soon as I saw it because I have been wanting one for forever, and it was a steal at only a tenner :-)
I also bought a few postcards of artists work including Monet & Van Gogh's paintings which were displayed in the National Gallery to go up in my room as well as cute rose bookmark & matching tin from Sass & Belle in Covent Garden.
Finally, the only item of makeup I got was this rose gold/pink eye pencil which is such a gorgeous shade from & Other Stories (their whole makeup & body range is amaaazing), and the only item of jewellery this pressed blue flower pendant which I thought was really cool.

See anything you like?

Thanks for reading,

Hello!

Here is the outfit I wore on thursday while I was in London. We took these photos in hyde park near to our hotel, and it was really nice crisp, sunny day so I decided to go for my polka dot shirt from primark I got the day before when we went to Oxford Street, layering a couple of necklaces, along with my favourite black Joni's, glittery socks, cut out boots and my bowler hat. We then headed to the National Gallery, and although there were a lot of renaissance paintings, I enjoyed looking at famous works by Claude Monet and Vincent Van Gogh - it was basically mission impossible to take the photos because it was no photography, but I'm glad I managed to get one of Monet's bridge paintings, which I really love.

Afterwards we went to the Tower of London, and saw the crown jewels (obviously my favourite bit because I'm like a magpie when it comes to sparkly things hahaa) but it was all pretty interesting - I just think the medieval building looks so surreal with the Shard and modern architecture surrounding it, but I think the mix of old and new is why I love London so much.
In the evening we had a look round Covent Garden and then met up with my cousins for a meal in Strada which was really lovely :-)

Here are a few photos I took on wednesday and thursday - while in selfridges we saw Ashley James from Made in Chelsea although my mum and sister had no clue who she was haha.
